  I do not have a beef with ANY of the employees at this location. They have always treated me very decently. My problem seems to be "headquarters". You have an option for your payments to be taken out automatically. I NEVER signed for that option, yet the past two months (April and May), someone's been "auto-paying" from my account. The first time I called about this problem, the Frankfort Office told me to contact headquarters. I went through all directions (for some reason the AutoPay was checked). I took that off. This month, the same thing has happened. This is slowly turning into a nightmare.
